90-Minute Courses on Legionella and Other Waterborne Pathogens...Right In Your Home of Office

Courses

Seminar recordings

The recordings contain both audio and video. Webex player software is required to play the recording on your computer. You can get this small plugin for free at https://powercall.webex.com/client/latest/atplay.exe.

Live training for your group

You watch a live slide presentation on the Internet while listening to the instructor by telephone. It's interactive. You can type in questions for the instructor during the presentation and ask questions by telephone at the end. The instructor can use a pointer, mark on a whiteboard, and poll the audience.

Outside North America we can arrange a schedule that’s convenient for your time zone. We can also provide Internet-audio rather than telephone-audio to eliminate long distance telephone expense.

Computer requirements

No special equipment is required, just a telephone line and a computer with the following:

  • Pentium 166+ processor

  • 32+MB RAM

  • Microsoft Windows 95/98/2000, NT, or XP

  • At least 56Kbps Connection to the Internet (faster is preferred)

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x or later, or Netscape Navigator or Communicator 4.08 or later

Continuing education units (CEUs): The live courses qualify for about 0.15 CEUs according to the guidelines set forth by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET). Many licensing boards and professional societies may grant continuing education credit for this seminar toward specific credential requirements if you submit the course outline and your Certificate. For example, our face-to-face courses qualifiy for continuing education with the following organizations: American Board of Industrial Hygiene (ABIH), Association of Water Technologies (AWT) toward CWT recertification, American Hospital Association (AHA) toward Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) certification renewal, and the American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE).
